In a city where couples can spend an entire day connected on their phones yet struggle to find ten uninterrupted minutes together, even a simple kiss can become an adventure.
Landmarc Entertainment, spearheaded by filmmaker-producer Vidhi Kasliwal, announces Kiss Ka Kissa, a heartwarming romantic Hindi short film starring real-life couple Priyanshu Painyuli and Vandana Joshi, scheduled for release on October 22, 2026.
Set against the bustling backdrop of Mumbai, Kiss Ka Kissa explores the little romantic dreams we carry from our younger days and the moments that sometimes remain unfinished. Blending humour, affection and everyday realities, the film captures the charm of modern relationships, finding romance in the simplest of experiences.
Bringing real-life couple Priyanshu Painyuli and Vandana Joshi together on screen lends a natural warmth to the story, which finds its emotions in everyday situations rather than grand romantic gestures. At its heart, the film celebrates the spontaneity of love and the little moments that bring two people closer.
For Vidhi Kasliwal, whose filmmaking journey includes working with Rajshri Productions alongside Sooraj R. Barjatya before making her writing-directorial debut with Isi Life Mein, this short film reflects Landmarc’s continuing interest in stories rooted in human emotions.
“What drew me to Kiss Ka Kissa was its simplicity. We often associate romance with grand gestures, but sometimes the smallest moments carry the deepest emotions. There is something wonderfully relatable about two people trying to find a little space for themselves in a city that never slows down. At Landmarc, we have always believed that stories don’t need to be larger than life to touch lives. They simply need to feel real,” says Vidhi Kasliwal.
Written and directed by Ashish Sharma, who makes his fiction debut after more than a decade of work across advertising films, music videos and branded storytelling under his belt, Kiss Ka Kissa is presented by Landmarc Entertainment and produced under its Landmarc Films banner, Produced & Creative Direction by Vidhi Kasliwal with Aarti Bagdi as Creative Producer.
